  3. Processing time for your request or complaint. Your requests will be processed within 2 working days (48 hours, this time may be extended to holidays and public holidays common in the Czech Republic).

Right of withdrawal from the purchase contract

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, received the goods (or the last product, partial delivery or last piece in the case of a purchase contract for multiple pieces of goods from a single order, or delivery of a product in multiple partial deliveries or pieces).
  2. Where can you exercise your rights? If you decide to withdraw from the purchase contract, inform us via your user account. Alternatively, contact us at the e-mail address shop@pelek.eu or by phone at +420774242766. Withdrawal from the purchase contract can be made with any clear statement (e.g. e-mail). For this purpose, you can use the withdrawal form attached, which is not mandatory.
  3. Address for returning the goods. The return label is usually available in your user account on pelek.eu.   4. Timely withdrawal from the contract. To meet the deadline for withdrawal from the purchase contract, it is sufficient to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal from the purchase contract

  1. What happens if you withdraw from the purchase contract? In case of withdrawal from the purchase contract, we will refund you without delay, at the latest within fourteen days from the date we received the notification of your withdrawal from the purchase contract, all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from the fact that you chose a type of delivery other than the standard most advantageous offered by us).
  2. Refund. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we agree otherwise; in no case will you be charged costs for this refund. We may refuse the refund if we do not receive the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
  3. Obligation to return the goods. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, at the latest within fourteen days from the date you inform us of the withdrawal from the purchase contract. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the expiry of this period.
  4. Costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer. If the value of the returned product exceeds 990 CZK excluding shipping costs (i.e., from 990.01 CZK), we will bear the direct costs of return transport. The direct costs of returning goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned by ordinary mail, are at your expense.
  5. Reduction in the value of the goods. In case of withdrawal from the purchase contract, you are responsible for the reduction in the value of the returned or resent goods that occurred due to handling the goods in a way other than necessary to familiarize yourself with the nature and characteristics of the goods. If damaged or incomplete goods are returned to us, we will deduct our right to compensation from the purchase price you request to be refunded. We will always assess the specific case to determine the degree of damage, depreciation of the goods, and establish the corresponding reduced value. We will inform you of these steps at the provided e-mail address.
  6. Impossibility to withdraw from the purchase contract. These cases are described in detail in Article 3.6 of the Terms and Conditions.
