  3. Processing time for your request or complaint. Your requests will be processed within 2 working days (48 hours; this period may be extended by public holidays and holidays observed in the Czech Republic).

Right to withdraw from the purchase contract

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, received the goods (or the last product, partial delivery, or last item in the case of a purchase contract for multiple items ordered together, or delivery of a product in multiple partial deliveries or items).
  2. Where can you exercise your rights? If you decide to withdraw from the purchase contract, inform us through your user account. Alternatively, contact us at info@prelek.it or by telephone at +420774242766. Withdrawal from the purchase contract may be made by any clear statement (e.g. by e-mail). For this purpose, you may use the attached withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
  3. Address for returning the goods. The return label is usually available in your user account on prelek.it. Alternatively, please contact us at info@prelek.it or by telephone at +420774242766 to ensure your rights regarding the return of the goods and agree on an individual procedure.
  4. Timely withdrawal from the contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal from the purchase contract

  1. What happens if you withdraw from the purchase contract? If you withdraw from the purchase contract, we will refund you without undue delay, and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received notice of your withdrawal from the purchase contract, all payments we received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
  2. Refund. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless we agree otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to issue the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
  3. Obligation to return the goods. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, and no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from the purchase contract. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the end of this period.
  4. Costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer. If the value of the returned product exceeds EUR 40 excluding shipping costs (i.e. EUR 40.01 or more), we will bear the direct costs of return transport. The direct costs of returning goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned by regular mail are borne by you.
  5. Reduction in the value of the goods. If you withdraw from the purchase contract, you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the returned or reshipped goods resulting from handling the goods in a manner beyond what is necessary to become familiar with their nature and characteristics. If damaged or incomplete goods are returned to us, we will deduct our right to compensation for the damage from the purchase price you request to be refunded. We will always assess each case individually to determine the extent of the damage, the depreciation of the goods, and the corresponding reduced value. We will inform you of these steps at the e-mail address provided.
  6. Impossibility of withdrawing from the purchase contract. These cases are described in detail in Article 3.6 of the Terms and Conditions.
