Level relay for steam boilers (well or tank)

The relay for water level control in the boiler is installed in two condensing water heating systems (steam generators) with a control to turn off electric heating in the absence of water in the tank.

Com Elect - base electrode (not included).

Tank Elect - electrode for liquid level control in the well (not included in the kit).

Boiler Elect - electrode for liquid level control in the boiler tank (not included in the kit).

Res Elect - electrode for liquid level control for turning on the liquid heater (not included in the kit).

Res. Out - output for connecting the liquid heater

Water Not - output for connecting the indicator light (heater on/off)

Connect (Com Elect) to the body of the TANK well and to the boiler (tank, container) - BOILER. If the tank is not wired, connect (Com Elect) to the liquid level control electrode.

The water level in the tank (TANK) decreases - as long as the water level is not below the liquid level sensor (Tank Elect), the pump turns on and the green "motor running" indicator lights up. If the water level falls below this sensor (Tank Elect), the motor stops running and the "motor running" indicator turns off.

The water level in the boiler, tank, container (Boiler) increases - when the tank is filled up to the level electrode (Boiler Elect), the pump turns off (the green "pump running" indicator stops lighting) and stops pumping water.

The water level in the boiler (tank, container) decreases - when the water level falls below the liquid level sensor (Boiler Elect), a 10-second delay is activated before starting the pump. After the set time, the pump motor starts (the "motor running" indicator lights up) pumping water up to the sensor level (Boiler Elect).

The boiler also has a level electrode installed to control the electric heating of the liquid (Res Elect). When the water rises to the sensor level (Res Elect), the indicator light turns off and the water heater turns on. If the water falls below the sensor level (Res Elect), the heater turns off and the indicator light turns on. Using the electrode to measure the water level in the heater prevents the electric heating of the boiler from turning on without water, and the indicator light shows whether the heater is working. The indicator can serve as a water level indicator (below-above the Res Elect electrode). This option prevents heater malfunction (operation without liquid - at minimum) and saves money.

Electrodes (liquid level sensors) are not included.
